It is crazy to think that we are almost half way through the month of November, the year sure is flying by. Students have been busy broadening their education in all subject areas. This week, we will come to end with our Amazing Race project. Ms. Grimm and Ms. Saullo are very excited for the Blueprint Wax Museum production and to top it off, there are some very prominent district members who will be enjoying the wax museum. Next week, classes will begin working on the next PBL project were students will be learning about enslaved African Americans.
In English Language Arts, both classes are finishing up learning about informational text features and will be tested on Wednesday. The next topic that will be introduced is tone and mood which goes perfectly with the Slave Narratives that students will be creating. In Math, classes are beginning the newest blended learning topic, which will focus on multiplication. This unit will be completed on the 20th of November and the test will be November 23.
